This journey is an invitation to walk through the most sacred lands of Peru, where ancestral wisdom and the living power of nature awaken our spiritual memory. Machu Picchu connects us to the greatness of the ancient guardians, while Lake Titicaca —the planet’s second chakra— opens the waters of our emotions and protects the Solar Disc, a source of light and renewal.
In Cusco, we will have the honor of receiving from Grandmother María Apaza, Q’ero altomisayoc and guardian of more than a century-old lineage, the Initiation of the Sirens or Ñusta of the Waters, a sacred rite that links us with the primordial codes of the water beings and with the sacred duality as a creative principle.
An initiatory path that anchors within us the energy of healing, expansion, and rebirth toward the new era of humanity
She will be the one to carry out the water initiations for all those who feel the call of the mermaids from the deepest place in their hearts.
Grandmother María Apaza, Altomisayoc of the Q’ero Nation, is the eldest priestess of her people and guardian of the ancestral Andean wisdom. At over one hundred years old, she continues to transmit the message of the mountains and initiate seekers from around the world in the Karpay — a sacred ceremony that connects us with the soul’s mission and the consciousness of Pachamama.
Chosen by nature itself after being struck by three lightning bolts and blessed with the Condor Initiation, Grandmother María carries the living strength of her lineage. During this journey, we will have the honor of receiving from her the Ñusta initiation — a sacred transmission devoted to the holy waters and feminine virtues, linking us to Lake Titicaca and the origin of the sacred duality of the Andes.
At the scheduled time, you will be picked up from the airport and transferred to your hotel. It is recommended to rest for a while to better acclimate to the altitude. Later, we’ll begin the city tour of Cusco and its surroundings — the perfect way to start getting to know this magical city.
The tour begins with pickup from your hotel at 1:30 p.m. and ends around 6:30 p.m. During the excursion, you’ll visit various Inca and colonial temples located throughout the city, as well as the impressive archaeological complex of Sacsayhuamán, from where you’ll enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of Cusco.
Hotel transfer.
1st night accommodation: Cusco Hotel ***
The tour begins with pickup from your hotel at 7:30 a.m. Our first stop will be the archaeological complex of Pisac, where you’ll have the opportunity to experience the local traditions and culture up close. We’ll then continue our journey to Urubamba, where lunch will be served at a tourist restaurant.
In the afternoon, after lunch, we’ll head to the fortress and citadel of Ollantaytambo, originally built to guard the entrance to this part of the Sacred Valley and protect it from possible invasions from the jungle tribes. You’ll have the chance to walk through the charming cobblestone streets and get a clear sense of how this place functioned as a military, religious, and cultural center during Inca times.
After the guided visit, we’ll go to the train station to board the 3:37 p.m. train to the town of Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival: hotel transfer, check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.
2nd night accommodation: Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu Hotel ****
Early in the morning, after breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head to the bus station to take the shuttle up to the Machu Picchu Archaeological Sanctuary. The bus ride takes approximately 25 minutes.
We’ll begin the guided tour of one of the Seven Wonders of the World: Machu Picchu. Our guide will share the fascinating history and architecture of the citadel — you’ll be amazed by the Inca constructions and the breathtaking natural surroundings. We’ll then return by bus to Aguas Calientes for lunch, some rest, and time to stroll through the town. (Times may vary depending on the train schedule you select.)
3rd night accommodation: Cusco Hotel ***
At the scheduled time, we will depart from your hotel toward the Temple of the Moon — Killarumiyoc, located just over an hour from the city of Cusco. Once there, we’ll begin with a ceremonial cleansing and offering to open the way for the Mermaid Initiation, guided by Grandmother María Apaza.
This sacred initiation connects us with the ancient codes of the water beings and with sacred duality as a creative principle. Grandmother María — over one hundred years old and devoted to sharing the message of love from the Andes with the world — will transmit to us the blessing of the Ñusta of the Waters, reminding us that it is the balanced feminine energy that opens the path to the new era of humanity.
We will wake up in Puno and have an early breakfast. At 6:30 a.m., we’ll take the bus from Puno to Copacabana. Along the way, we’ll make two stops to exchange Peruvian soles and U.S. dollars for Bolivian pesos. We’ll arrive at the migration office around 8:30 a.m. (the entire process takes approximately 30 minutes).
We’ll reach Copacabana around 12:00 p.m. and have lunch there. At 1:30 p.m., we’ll board a boat for a 1 hour and 30 minute ride to Isla del Sol (Island of the Sun). Upon arrival, we’ll visit the Temple of the Sun and later take a 30-minute walk to our hotel. Check-in, dinner, and end of the day.
